Pedego Electric Bicycles builds bikes for everyone. Their goal is to offer an enjoyable biking experience for those who do not ride conventional bikes, looking to offer the pleasure of cycling to the vast number of non-cyclists. Inspired by founder Don DiCostanzo's experiences living atop a tall hill, wanting to take the struggle out of cycling, he teamed up with his good friend, expert mechanic Terry Sherry, to make bikes that would be fun for all riders. Colorful and easy-riding, the Pedegos have been a huge success, with shops stocking a range of different models world-wide, from California to Texas to the east coast in the United States, to South Africa, Canada, and the UK.

Founded in 2009, Pedego has expanded its line to include bikes for many purposes, from beach cruisers to mountain bikes, cargo carriers to zippy all-weather commuters, tandems and fat bikes to high-accessibility models. Always with pleasure in mind, Pedego makes its models available in a number of color schemes, as enjoyable to see as to ride.

Each model is carefully thought out, with appropriate accessorizing and options considered with purpose. The commuter models include full fenders and lights, puncture-resistant pavement treads, and an enclosed chainline; beach cruisers, available in spectacular colors, from a vivid orange to a pink and blue, have extremely laid-back seating, sprung saddles, and easy-riding apehanger handlebars; the heavy-duty Interceptor, intended for larger riders and those carrying heavy loads, has fat, smooth tires and a very sturdy frame; and the cargo carrier has a step-through frame and backrest, ready for passengers.

Pedego's growth has not taken them away from their expertise; all models are electric, as accessible as can be, and nicely appointed to maximize the pleasures of riding for all. Find the fun in your neighborhood with one of Pedego's electric bicycles today!
