The 2016 Bell Annex MIPS Equipped is a commuter helmet. Laden with features for the all-season city rider: an adjustable central venting system provides comfort on warm and cool days, the soft, removable visor provides a measure of protection from sun and rain, and the shell has reflective patches and a light mount for inclement weather and twilight rides. Beneath the flashy exterior is a solid helmet, its EPS foam enhanced with an abrasion-resistant polycarbonate shell and the MIPS system, the latter providiing an additional measure of protection against off-angle impacts.

The MIPS rotational impact system is incorporated, providing additional protection against off-angle impacts. The Feature is comfortable, equipped with large vents and a removable sun visor.
